I think this page will turn into a place for me to posts interesting stuff that other people have spent time doing on the web. I don't have any interesting or original ideas, so i'll just link to others'. Here's one now. It's an interactive time line showing who has ruled the Middle East over the years. Check it Out.
Also, look at this site. It has some really funny demotivation posters.

A Great Way to Wast Your Time
I found some great Google Search ideas in the August 7, 2007 issue of PC Magazine. Go to the main Google page and search for "inurl:viewerframe?mode=" That will bring you the results of public cameras which you can control to look around wherever they are. Also search for "inurl:indexframe.shtml axis" This will bring you the same types of links. I have to say that it's really fun to to look around, zoom in, and see if you can find anybody. Some of the links won't work, but just try another one. Definitely an interesting way to waste a few minutes.

Happy B'Day Lar Lar
For all of the zero people that are reading this, it's Lauren's birthday. If you didn't see it on facebook, then you're seeing it here. You go girl.
America's Got Talent
So, Lauren and I have started watching America's Got Talent and it's ridiculously addictive. OK, it's embarrassingly addictive. However, we might have gotten a little use out of it.......Arlington, TX (20 minutes away) native Cas Haley. He's so refreshing and fun to listen to and fun to watch. We fast forward all of the dumbness (judges, backstory, etc), and just watch them perform. It's much better that way.
I love DVR.

The First Post
So, the inspiration for my blog has come from some friends of mine who have some really well done blogs. For example Ben and Martha's blogs are extremely well done.
A 1-hour documentary I would have to suggest is "Air Guitar in Oulu." It follows a struggling quasi-musician as he tries to raise enough money to get to the Air Guitar World Championships. They guy truly feels like his air guitar is legit, and that is just entertaining to watch. Definitely worth seeing. We DVRed it off of the Sundance Channel. Good Stuff.
